We can accept orders in two ways.
Your order will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. If for any reason this is not possible we will contact you by e-mail or phone. Small orders are sent via An Post's economy service and this should normally take 1-2 working days. Larger orders will be sent by Fastway couriers
All of the items in our online catalogue are available from stock. However from time to time if an item is temporarily out of stock this will be clearly marked next to the item. Either select a substitute or wait untill the "out of stock" indicator is removed.
Right of Cancellation
Please note that you have a statutory right to cancel this contract within 7 days of delivery by written notice to The Homebrew Centre.The Glen School, KIllaloe. Goods must be returned at your expense and appropriately packaged.

Complaints Procedure
All complaints are dealt with equally and fairly. We aim to respond to all complaints within one working day and to resolve all complaints within five working days. Any customer details passed to us are kept confidential and you will be kept informed of the complaint process.

Any claim for non delivery or damaged goods must be made within 14 days of our despatch
